The perfect companion for your pellet sizing block. Pushing hundreds of lead pellets through a sizing die by hand is tedious and inconsistent. This Precision Pellet Pusher is designed to provide comfortable, even pressure, ensuring every pellet is seated perfectly straight without deforming the skirt.

Key Features

• Concave "Cup" Tip: The tip features a recessed dome that centres itself on the pellet. This prevents the pellet from tilting sideways during sizing, which is the #1 cause of accuracy-robbing deformation.
• Anti-Roll Hex Handle: The 20mm hexagonal base feels great in the hand and—more importantly—stops the tool from rolling off your workbench.
• Quick-ID Base: The caliber size is debossed (recessed) into the bottom of the handle. If you have multiple pushers for .177, .22, or .25, you can identify them at a glance.
• Optimised Length: At 65mm long, it provides plenty of clearance to push pellets completely through standard 15mm-20mm sizing blocks.

Recommended Print Settings

This tool takes significant vertical pressure. For longevity, use the following:

• Material: PETG, or ASA . (PLA works but may snap if you are sizing very hard alloy pellets).
• Wall Loops: 5 or more.
• Infill: 50%. A solid tool transfers energy better and won't flex.
• Layer Height: 0.12mm (Recommended). A fine layer height makes the concave tip smoother, protecting your soft lead pellets from scratches.
• Brim: Optional. Because the tool is tall and thin, a 5mm-8mm brim is highly recommended to ensure it doesn't wobble during the print.

⚙️ Parametric Customisation

The included OpenSCAD script allows you to change the pellet_caliber variable in seconds. If your pellets are slightly oversized (like some slugs), simply adjust the diameter by 0.1mm and re-render.
