Tired of flimsy, blocky 3D-printed combs that snap at the neck or scratch your scalp? The Aero-Grip Detangler is a salon-grade, wide-tooth comb designed with organic "S-Curve" geometry for maximum comfort and durability.

This model features a Reinforced Bridge at the handle-to-spine intersection, specifically engineered to handle the leverage required for thick or wet hair. Every surface is mathematically derived from rounded "hulled" spheres, ensuring a soft touch on your skin and a premium feel in your hand.

• True Ergonomics: Features a contoured "Palm Swell" and a tapered "Thumb Saddle" for a relaxed, non-slip grip.
• Reinforced Neck: A structural gusset at the handle junction prevents the common "snap point" found in other designs.
• Scalp-Safe Teeth: Wide-spaced, teardrop-profile teeth with rounded tips for gentle detangling without irritation.
• Aesthetic S-Curve: A modern, tapered design that looks as good as it feels.
• Integrated Hanging Hole: Large teardrop-style eyelet for easy shower or hook storage.

Recommended Print Settings (Optimized for Bambu P2S/X1/P1S)

This model was designed with the precision of the Bambu Lab ecosystem in mind.

• Material: PETG is highly recommended for its flexibility and "memory." (PLA-CF or PETG-CF also provides a beautiful matte finish).
• Wall Loops:  Increase to 5 or 6 for wet thick hair (Crucial for strength in the handle and teeth).
• Infill: 15-20% Gyroid (for multi-directional strength).
• Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm. (Use Variable Layer Height for the smoothest handle curves).
• Supports: None required! The tapered geometry is designed to be self-supporting.
• Orientation: Print flat on the heatbed. If using a textured PEI plate, the face-down side will have a great tactile feel.
   

Designer’s Note
 

If you find the grip too smooth, try the "Fuzzy Skin" modifier in Bambu Studio on just the handle section (Distance: 0.1, Point Distance: 0.1) for an ultra-premium, non-slip texture!
