Descrição
Like many of you, I’ve been constantly checking the store for the Bambu Mag Alloy Scraper, only to find it sold out once again. Instead of waiting indefinitely, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
I spent a significant amount of time in CAD to develop a "proper" alternative. The goal was simple: create a scraper that isn't just a placeholder, but a high-performance tool that feels solid, looks technical, and maintains a clean, minimalist aesthetic.
Zero-Cost Upgrade
The best part? You don't need to buy anything extra to build this. This chassis is fully compatible with the spare metal blade and the two screws included with every Bambu Lab printer. Simply take the "free" scraper kit that came in your accessory box and give it a massive ergonomic and aesthetic upgrade.
Design & Optimization
- CAD-Optimized Stability: I’ve reinforced the structural points to ensure zero flex. It provides the same confident "bite" on the build plate as a high-end metal handle.
- Technical Aesthetic: Inspired by industrial machinery—skeletal, functional, and tough.
- Ergonomic Precision: The cutouts provide natural grip points for your fingers, giving you much better control when removing stubborn prints compared to the thin stock handle.
Assembly Instructions
- Insert the metal blade into the front slot.
- Align the holes and drive the two BT3 screws in.
- The fit is tight by design to prevent any blade wobble. Tighten until flush.
Caution: This tool uses a genuine metal razor blade. It is extremely sharp. Always scrape away from your body and keep it out of reach of children.
