Parametric Couch Tray

Fully Parametric - Customize Everything

Every dimension is adjustable in the MakerWorld Customizer so it fits your couch:

Couch thickness - Measure your couch back and enter it directly. A tolerance parameter lets you dial in the fit.
Tray size -Set width and depth to match your space.
Lip height - Raised walls keep items from sliding off. Set to 0 for a flat surface.
Grip depth - Controls how far the panels extend below the tray to grip your couch.
Separate wall thicknesses - Independently adjust the floor, lip walls, and grip panels for strength vs. material savings.

Optional Fillets & Rounded Corners

Toggle each on or off and set the radius independently:

Rounded grip panel bottoms (no sharp edges on your couch fabric)
Interior concave fillets where grips meet the floor (added strength in the slot)
Exterior convex fillets where grips meet the floor (smooth outside profile)
Rounded lip frame corners
Interior and exterior lip-to-surface fillets
