This is a horizontal light switch extender that screws directly into the light switch plate using standard switch plat hardware. The file has 2 sizes of extender - both a ~6" and ~9.25" version. The extender can be used on both the left or right side. 

The model requires a M4 x 8mm and a M4 nut for assembly.
