Chisel sharpening jig for angle grinder
This Jig is designed to remove a lot of material to get close to a 25° Angle, it will not actually sharpen you chisel. Most of the work you need to do after this jig, but you will be a lot faster getting everything to roughly to 25° at first.
This jig is designed to work with Parkside »PWS 125 I9«, the first Profile is designated to that and got a little notch to sit perfectly in the tool. The other Profile dont have this notch so you could try to use is with other grinders (125mm). Check the Dimensions before.
The aimed angle is 25°
You need:
1 M8x40 Screw
If you need some modifications you could ask me and i am happy to provide other Versions as well.
Only use it with this kind of Disk:

Try to keep youre Chisel cool (Otherwise the steal will get damaged and weak):
- Be careful to remove just a little bit at a time
- Cool your chisel with water
- Run the Angle Grinder as the lowest speed
- If you are getting close to the edge of the blade be extra carefull, its easy to mess your chisel up at this point
- If the Steal gets blue you damaged it irreversibly
Some Important Notes:
- Always wear eye and ear protection
- You use this jig at your own risk
- Stay as far away possible from the blade
- clamp the Angle Grinder in Place
- always but the Chisel in the running direction of the disk, never against it (as shown in the Photo)
