Have you had trouble to push the EC5 connectors in to the place? Here is a tool for making it very easy to push them in place.

you can hear a distinct “CLICK” then they fall in to place then you push the clamp together.

Just straight forward and very easy to use.. 

Bend the cables a little bit aside.. Push the clamp together..  Push.. "CLICK"..  Done! 

I have used (Bambulab)PLA for the body (and plastic pins). I made My pins out of brass,Only for having that at my job. any metal bars would do..

I added the pins in PLA, If some one not having access to any metal.. (have not tested PLA pins Yet) but i think they will do..
