These parametric replacement clips are a sturdy, printable fix for standard pin-style shelf supports found in most cabinets, bookshelves, and furniture. The design is fully parametric in OnShape, just plug in three measurements (as shown in image) from your cabinet and you're ready to print.

1. 2. Update the three variables to match your cabinet
3. Right-click each part in the parts list (bottom-left corner) → Export → STL
4. Print using the provided profile

🖨️ Print Settings

• Orientation: Printed on edge — do not lay flat. This orients the pin in the strongest possible print direction.
• Walls: 3 wall loops standard; a built-in modifier applies 5 wall loops around the pin connection point, where stress is highest
• Infill: Gyroid
• Supports: Only a small amount needed at the pin
• Filament: Any, tested in standard PLA with plenty of strength for normal shelf loads

I haven't done formal load testing, but these hold shelves securely and feel noticeably more solid than the factory originals. I didn't include a front locking feature as I found it wasn't necessary. However, I can add one in future revisions if requested.
