Notes & Assembly Tips

• Magnetic Access: The top light housing is held in place by magnets (requires 8 4x2mm magnets). This allows for easy removal to change batteries in the puck light while keeping the frame securely together. Please mind the polarity of the magnets when installing them. The holes are designed for a press fit, but add a touch of glue if needed, depending on the material.
• Materials: Successfully tested in both PLA and PETG HF. Use PETG for better UV and heat resistance if using it outdoors.
• Hardware: * Designed for the KC007 RGB Light Puck.
  • Uses 4x M3x10 (AA159) screws.
  • Needs 8x 4x2mm magnets.
  • Optional: Sized for M3x5x4 (AB012) heated inserts, though screws can be threaded directly into the plastic.
• Screw Caps: Small caps are included to hide the top screws.
  • Tip: Do not push these in with your fingers. Place them gently, then press the top against a flat surface (like a table) to seat them perfectly flush.
• Remote Storage: The base includes a dedicated slot to hide the standard RGB puck remote.
