This SMD organizer is designed to keep your electronic components perfectly sorted, secure, and ready to use. It features a total of 32 individual compartments, each measuring 2.5 × 2.5 × 1.5 cm, ideal for storing a wide variety of SMD components such as resistors, capacitors, and small ICs.

Unlike typical open organizers, each compartment is a fully enclosed mini box with a snap-fit lid. This design prevents components from spilling or mixing, even during transport. The anti-shake structure ensures that parts remain in place, making it a reliable solution for moving your components without losing organization.

The full organizer measures 23 cm in width, 11.5 cm in depth, and 2.2 cm in height, offering a compact yet high-capacity storage solution capable of holding up to 32 different component types.

The design includes TPU feet on the bottom, providing enhanced grip, improved stability on the work surface, and preventing unwanted movement during use.

This organizer is ideal for makers, electronics enthusiasts, and professionals who need a compact, secure, and efficient way to manage SMD components.

Printing Notes

Multiple versions of the model are available, including configurations with or without an icon, allowing you to choose the variant that best fits your needs.

If you plan to modify the internal boxes or adjust their parameters, it is important to maintain a layer height of 0.08 mm in the hinge area. Using different values may cause issues with the closure mechanism and reduce the smoothness of the hinge movement.

The organizer also includes an internal base designed to hold each small box firmly in place. This insert has been designed to be printed in TPU, allowing a tighter fit that helps reduce movement and minimize noise during handling. It may also be printed in standard rigid materials, where it will still serve the purpose of keeping the boxes aligned, although it could result in increased noise. This configuration has not been tested, so final results may vary.

Lid Options

This organizer offers two different lid configurations:

• Transparent lid
  • Allows you to see the contents without opening the box
  • Makes it easy to identify components at a glance
  • Supports internal labels that remain visible from the outside
  • Helps estimate the quantity of components inside
• Single-color (non-transparent) lid
  • Available as an alternative if you do not have or prefer not to use the transparent version

Assembly Notes

Glue is required to properly secure the TPU feet to the bottom of the organizer.

If you choose the version with TPU feet, glue is required to properly secure the feet to the bottom of the organizer.

It is also possible to apply a small amount of glue to the hinge supports of the main box to prevent them from coming out. However, this is optional: the hinges have been tested and should remain in place without glue. Keep in mind that tolerances may vary depending on your printer, so results can differ slightly.
