I kept losing small screws and bits in my workshop/kitchen drawers. 

Zip bags everywhere, nothing labeled, total chaos.

So I designed this jar. Screw-top lid, prints in two pieces, no supports, no hardware. 

Just PLA and 45 minutes on my P2S.

Made it parametric, because one size never fits everything. 

Now you can customize it before downloading:

1. Pick your size
2. Choose a thread
3. Add dividers (optional)
4. Done

What you can customize:

• Thread size from 20mm (tiny, for screws and pins) to 80mm (huge, for kitchen storage)
• Jar height up to 250mm: tall enough for pasta, short enough for earbuds
• Wall thickness from 1.6mm to 6mm
• Body taper for that coffee-canister look
• Vertical flutes on the body
• Overhanging or flush lid style
• Grip grooves on the lid
• 1 to 4 internal dividers for sorting small parts
• Single, double, or triple-start threads (fewer turns to open)
• Thread clearance tuning for your specific printer

Printing:

• No supports needed, both parts print flat on the bed
• 0.2mm layer height, 2-3 walls, 15% infill works great, 0.16mm gives a nicer look
• PLA recommended, PETG works great for heat resistance
• Threads optimized for 0.4mm nozzle, 80° profile, minimal bridging
• Tested on P2S, should work on any Bambu or well-calibrated printer
• First screw-on might be slightly snug - that's normal, smooths out immediately

Tips:

• The lid and jar print side by side in the "Both" preview mode
• For the tightest fit, use "Snug" clearance. For easy first use, try "Standard"
• Flush lid style gives a clean modern cylinder look
• Dividers go all the way up through the neck, no gaps for small parts to escape
• Triple-start thread is great for lids you open often (spices, daily-use containers)
