DeBowler for Stem Vaporizers (Dynavap)

This DeBowler is designed to easily empty the herb chamber of stem-style vaporizers. Simply press the vaporizer tip onto the toothpick inside the device to push out the spent material from the bowl.

It works well with vaporizers such as:

• Dynavap
• and other similar stem-style vaporizers

Toothpicks

The DeBowler uses standard wooden toothpicks:

• Diameter: ~2 mm
• Length: 65 mm or 80 mm

The toothpick acts as the pin that pushes the material out of the vaporizer bowl. 

Easy to clean and also important, no plastic gets inside of your bowl

Magnet Slot

The top of the model includes a slot for a magnet so the DeBowler can hold the hot vaporizer cap.

Magnet size:

• Diameter: 10 mm
• Thickness: 3 mm

The hole diameter is 10.2 mm.
However, it is important to secure the magnet with super glue or hot glue to ensure it stays firmly in place.

I decided against a press-fit design so that as many different magnets as possible would fit the dimensions and to avoid any issues with different materials such as PLA, PETG, or ABS. That’s why the tolerance was intentionally designed to be larger.

Printing

The model prints easily with common materials such as:

• PLA
• PETG
• ABS

Tolerances

Keep in mind that 3D printing tolerances can vary depending on your printer, slicer settings, and filament type.
Depending on your setup, you may need to slightly adjust the fit or clean up the magnet hole to achieve the best result.
