Please read this description (Specifically, the sections highlighted in red) before printing and using the design:

I always had difficulties mounting our baby camera when we were on vacation, especially when there was no electrical wall outlet close to the baby bed.

Because of that, I created this design, it consists of seven parts, all fully printable without the need for additional materials except for two optional D8×2 mm magnets for the base and its lid.

For testing, I printed the holder in PLA with PETG Support, which worked decently.

However, printing entirely in PETG provided better overall results (in my opinion).

I recommend printing the design in PETG with PLA supports to ensure the quality of the screw threads, but of course you can choose the materials you prefer.

The total length of the design is around 1 meter, since the tower consists of three stackable columns that mount onto the base, you can configure the height as 1, 2, or 3 sections, depending on the height you prefer.

Included parts:

• Base
• Base lid
• 3× Tower segments
• Camera cup (camera holder)
• Camera center screw mount

NOT Included parts:

• Tilted camera holder

  I am currently working on an additional tilted camera holder that can be used as an alternative to the existing one. Due to limited time, I cannot confirm when it will be finished, but once it is ready, I will upload it immediately.

The base is designed to fit tightly into an EU Type‑F (Schuko) wall plug. It is intentionally designed to be slightly larger so that it sits firmly without wobbling.

Once printed, I recommend inserting the base into the wall plug or in Power extension strip for the first time so it can slightly adjust to the final shape.

It may take a little force, but it fits. After the first insertion, plugging and unplugging becomes easier.

When removing the base, I also recommend holding the wall socket with one hand while pulling the base with the other to ensure the socket does not loosen from the wall.

I cant assume all electrical outlets are properly installed and securely fixed.

I would like to emphasize that I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur while inserting the base into the wall outlet. By providing this information in advance, I ensure that users are aware of the risks.

How to Mount the System,

All parts are designed to screw together. Please follow the steps below for proper assembly:

1. Prepare the power cable

1. Take the camera’s power cable (USB‑C or any connector type your camera uses, i think it should work that USB‑C is the widest connector so far).
2. Feed the cable through the openings in the base. The cable should pass through the main hole that leads upward into the tower.
3. Pull through as much cable length as you need for your setup.

2. Insert the power adapter

1. Place the power adapter into the base plug compartment.
2. Connect the USB‑A end of the cable to the adapter.
   • The fit is tight, but it will work correctly once fully inserted.

3. Route the cable through the tower segments

1. Pass the camera power cable upward through the tower segments.
2. Use the number of tower segments required for your preferred height (1, 2, or 3, 1 is the thickest, 2 middle, 3 thinnest).
3. Screw the tower segments onto each other, then screw the entire tower onto the base (or however it works for you). At this point, the USB‑C end of the cable should stick out from the top of the tower.

4. Install the Camera Cup (Camera Holder)

1. Feed the USB‑C cable through the Camera Cup so that it exits on one of the open sides.
2. Screw the Camera Cup onto the top of the tower.

5. Mount the camera

1. Place the camera into the Camera Cup.
2. If your camera has a bottom center mounting hole, you can use the included small screw:
   • Insert the screw into the hole above the top tower segment (next to where the cable exits).
   • Hold the screw with your finger or tool while turning the camera onto it until it is firmly secured.
3. Rotate the camera until the USB‑C port becomes visible through one of the open sides of the holder.
4. Plug the power cable into the camera.

Done!

Since this is the first release of the design, I would greatly appreciate any feedback—whether something needs adjustment, improvements, or if you need different dimensions. The holder was designed specifically for the Aqara G3 camera, so I cannot guarantee that other baby cameras will fit the same diameter.
