Descrição
Wanted to rack my OptiPlex Micro but couldn't find anything that satisfied me, so I designed my own.
Compatibility
Personally tested with OptiPlex 9020 Micro (4th gen Intel), 3070 Micro (9th gen) and 7080 Micro (10th gen). Dell appears to have used the same physical chassis across a remarkably long product run — the following models should fit, but I haven't verified every one personally. If you print one, let me know in the comments whether it fits your model!

Print settings
- Material: PETG recommended (or higher) to avoid heat deformation

- Front panel: 25% gyroid infill, 4 walls, 4/6 bottom/top layers (modifier included in 3MF)
- Print in any color of your choice
- PETG on smooth PEI: Use a release agent like hairspray/glue to protect your plate and make sure it comes off nicely!
Variants
3mm and 4mm front panel thickness available as separate plates in the print profile.
Installation
Slide the OptiPlex into the bracket and mount to your 10" rack using standard rack screws.
Changelog
5/3/2026
- Reduced amount of mounting holes 6→4
- Made holes smaller 7.5mm→6.5mm since 7.5mm is quite big for M5 screws, so 6.5mm suits well for both. (Tested with KWS and LabRax)
- Added “Updated” profile and renamed old→"Original"
