Here's a simple, low-filament drawing stencil to help you draw a range of egg shapes. Great for cardmaking, scrapbooking, and drawing – especially around Easter!

You can adjust the X or Y scale of the model (in your slicer) to tweak the egg shapes to your liking. In the photos you see both the base model and a second version I printed at 82% Y-height to create a cute, more ‘cartoony’ egg shape. Make it your own!

Filament required:

• 6.02g

Recommended printer settings:

• Conditional scarf joint - enable
• Seam position - Aligned
• Seam gap - 15%
• Scarf joint seam - Contour and hole
• Plus: Add manual seam painting and paint a dot at the inside bottom of each egg

These settings help minimize the seam inside each egg shape. Without them you may get a small bump in your drawings where the seam occurs. If you prefer you could also use a deburring tool to reduce the seam bumps after printing.

Printed on a Centauri Carbon using Elegoo Rapid PETG, but PLA should work too.
