Parametric Toaster Lever / Replacement Button

Don't throw away a perfectly good toaster just because the plastic handle broke! When the lever on my toaster snapped, I decided to fix it instead of tossing it. This fully parametric replacement button is designed to slide right onto the bare metal arm of your toaster, getting you back to making breakfast in no time.

My toaster has the following dimensions of the metal arm: 

width: 1.3 mm

height: 8.2 mm

depth: 16 mm

outer width: 4.8 mm

Installation: Simply customize the slot size to match your metal lever, print the model, and slide it firmly onto the arm. A tight friction fit is usually enough, but a tiny drop of super glue or epoxy can be used for a permanent hold.
