Description (Opis projektu)

This is a custom-designed replacement globe for outdoor garden bollard lights. I created this model after the original factory globes became damaged and brittle. It is a durable, 3D-printable alternative that fits perfectly and handles outdoor conditions well.

I have already printed and installed 4 units, and they work flawlessly. The design features a threaded base for easy installation. While designed for a specific model, the threads are forgiving and should fit similar lamps with a ±2mmtolerance.

Based on my measurements (see photos), the dimensions are:

• Inner Thread Diameter: ~62.7 mm
• Outer Thread Diameter: ~68.7 mm
• Total Height: Approximately 180-200 mm (can be scaled)
• Wall Thickness: Optimized for light diffusion and strength.

Print Settings (Ustawienia druku)

To ensure the globe is weather-resistant and allows light to pass through, I recommend the following settings:

• Material: PET-G (Highly recommended for UV resistance and temperature stability).
• Color: White / Transparent (for best light diffusion).
• Infill: 0% (use Vase Mode / Spiralize Outer Contour for a smooth finish) or 1-2 wall loops with no infill to keep it hollow.
• Layer Height: 0.2mm – 0.28mm.
• Supports: Not required.

Assembly Instructions (Instrukcja montażu)

Simply unscrew your old, damaged globe and screw the new 3D-printed version onto the base. The thread is designed to be snug but easy to turn.
