Descrição
Just under 6 hr total print time for 1 complete unit.
Compact stackable 2-drawer utility box designed to organize small tools, hardware, fasteners, or workshop parts on a desk, workbench, or wall.
Dimensions (Box) - 71Hx83Lx100W (mm)
This storage box is modular and stackable, allowing multiple units to be combined to create a larger storage system. It can be placed on a desk or bench, mounted to a wall, or stacked together for expanded storage.
Multiple interchangeable faceplates are included so you can choose from different brand-style logos for the drawer fronts.
You can also choose between two different box body styles:
• Standard Body – includes the middle divider between the drawers.
• Open Body – the middle divider is removed, saving a small amount of filament.
- Printing
An AMS is NOT required.
All parts are printed separately, or include pause points for manual filament swaps in the slicer.
No supports required, all geometry is made for easy printing.
Modifiers were added for extra strength around the screw holes.
Pause layers for color changes:
• Layer 13
• Layer 21
- Assembly
Assembly is simple.
Print your selected box body, drawers, and the faceplates you want to use.
Align the faceplates using the locator pins on the drawer fronts and glue them in place.
The decorative hex nuts can be glued over the holes in the faceplates. These are optional cosmetic pieces.
- Feet (Optional)
The box includes four optional feet that can be glued onto the pins on the underside of the unit.
If you plan to stack multiple boxes, only install the feet on the bottom unit.
Upper boxes will stack by fitting their bottom pins into the matching slots on the top of the box below.
If stacking multiple boxes, I suggest a piece of double sided tape hidden between the top of the previous box and the bottom of stacking box for added security!
If mounting on a wall, I suggest using a washer with a screw so any stress is better dispersed, likewise try to keep added weight to a reasonable amount for filament used, <= 2.5Kg
*PETG was used for all my prints(See Note Below), some brands used were - Jayo, Overture, Polymaker and Eryone.
*(Overture PLA was used for the decorative bolt heads, the rest was PETG)
