Descrição
I created this 3D-printed Carnotaurus skull inspired by the striking features of this well-known theropod dinosaur. Carnotaurus sastrei lived during the Late Cretaceous period (around 70 million years ago) in what is now South America. It is especially recognizable for the pair of thick horns above its eyes and its short, deep skull, which give it a very distinctive appearance among carnivorous dinosaurs.
The skull design includes natural structural openings and characteristic horn shapes that capture the overall look of this prehistoric predator. This model is intended as an educational and decorative piece for students, educators, collectors, and dinosaur enthusiasts.
Filament:
I have added 2 filaments I would choose from in the Maker’s Supply section. These are the filaments I used, but feel free to experiment.
PLA Wood Classic Birch: Gives a really fossilized look and feel to the skull, especially in combination with a fuzzy skin setting.
PLA Jade White: Gives more of a realistic, clean skull appearance similar to a newly prepared museum specimen.
