This router template is designed to quickly and accurately cut hinge mortises for 89 × 89 mm door hinges.
The jig is designed to be used with a 24 mm guide bushing (copy ring) and an 18 mm router bit, creating the correct offset for accurate hinge recesses.
It also includes a guide that fits into an 18 mm T-track, making it easy to position and keep the jig aligned while routing.
