Did you accidentally drop your hair dryer and break the diffuser teeth? Don't throw the whole attachment away!

This is a 3D-printed replacement for the front plate of a hair dryer diffuser. Designed with a dense honeycomb grid, it ensures an even and widespread distribution of airflow to reduce frizz and keep your curls intact. The protruding prongs feature side vents to direct heat straight to the roots of your hair, drying it faster and adding volume.

This model is designed to replace the broken inner plate and fit securely inside the existing outer shell of your diffuser.

📏 Dimensions & Scaling

• Default Diameter: 132.8 mm
• Compatibility: Please measure the inner diameter of your existing diffuser housing before printing.
• Scaling: If your diffuser is slightly larger or smaller, you can easily adjust the size in your slicer. Just be sure to scale the X and Y axes evenly. I recommend keeping the Z-axis (height) at 100% so the honeycomb thickness and prong height remain optimal.

⚠️ Material Warning: READ BEFORE PRINTING ⚠️

You MUST print this in a high-temperature resistant material like ASA (highly recommended), ABS, or PC. Hair dryers generate significant heat. If you print this in PLA or PETG, it will warp, melt, and potentially ruin your hair dryer or create a safety hazard within seconds of use.

I designed and printed mine in ASA because of its excellent heat resistance, durability, and great layer adhesion.
