This LED Headlamp Clip Replacement is a direct replacement for a broken original part. The model was designed to faithfully replicate the factory clip so it fits and functions just like the original.

Rather than simplifying the geometry for easier printing, I chose to reproduce the part as accurately as possible. This made it a great exercise in careful modeling and printer tuning, pushing both the CAD work and the print to match the original design.

Printed in Bambulab Black PETG-HF for durability and flexibility, the clip is strong enough for everyday use while maintaining the precise shape needed to securely hold the headlamp.
