unless you are after a tray to keep your blocks together i have found its easier to just use a toy box and would be better focusing on making the blocks for both you and or your child to enjoy, the blocks are 40x40, 40x80, 40x120, 40x160, and 40x200mm.

I have completed some testing and  found its best to keep the infill no less than 15% with 4 walls as the blocks can be easily damaged from teething or bashing agened one another.
