To change the text:

Open the file in Bambu Studio - not the mobile app Bambu Handy.
Double click on the text to open the text editor.
In the text editor you can edit the text, font, size, height etc. You can also click the yellow box to move the text to your liking.
In the objects list on the right side of Bambu Studio (when not in the text editor) the colour can be changed.
