Installation Instructions

1. Insert the Plug
   Place the plug into the 4" hole to test the fit.
2. Trace the Flange
   With the plug seated in the hole, trace around the outer flange using a pencil.
3. Prepare the Drywall Surface
   Remove the plug and carefully cut and peel back the drywall paper within the traced line. This creates a shallow recess so the flange can sit flush with the surrounding drywall surface.
4. Install the Patch
   Apply joint compound around the hole and press the plug back into place. Ensure the flange sits flush with the wall or ceiling.
5. Secure with Compound
   Spread joint compound over the flange, pressing it through the holes to bond the patch to the drywall.
6. Tape and Finish
   Apply drywall tape over the repair area and cover with additional layers of joint compound. Feather the edges to blend smoothly with the surrounding surface.
7. Sand and Paint
   Once dry, lightly sand the area smooth and finish with primer and paint to match your wall.
