Modular Insert System

A dedicated insert set designed to fit seamlessly into compatible GridCraft doors and windows.

This expansion allows you to quickly change the appearance and atmosphere of rooms without modifying the base wall tiles.

This set includes:

• Bricked-up window
• Bricked-up door
• Crossed window insert
• Reinforced metal door
• Barred door insert

All inserts slide directly into compatible door and window frames.

Customization Options

By simply changing filament colors, you can create:

• Transparent windows
• Iron bars
• Wooden shutters
• Sealed entrances
• Glowing magical portals
• Decorative stained glass effects

The same geometry supports multiple visual styles depending on your color selection.

Important Printing Notice

Do not interrupt the print, especially during the first layer.

If paused early, unfinished doors or windows may adhere strongly to the build plate and become very difficult to remove.

All finished models include a small removal tab for easier lifting.
For best results, allow the build plate to cool completely before removing parts to prevent deformation.

GridCraft

GridCraft is a modular terrain system built around efficiency and flexibility.

The geometry is intentionally simple and reinterpret-able.
Color and context define the meaning:

• A dark recess becomes a pit or pond
• Dirt becomes soil or decay
• A crate flipped over becomes open
• A bedroll elevated becomes a proper bed

Every piece is designed to print quickly, cleanly, and without supports — while leaving room for creativity at the table.
