Make a simple gift card feel much more special with this 3D printed Thank You gift card holder.

This hinged case opens like a small book to reveal the gift card inside. The front features a decorative “Thank You” design, and when opened it reveals the message “for everything”, making it perfect for showing appreciation to teachers, coworkers, volunteers, or anyone who deserves a thoughtful thank-you.

The holder includes a small sliding locking toggle that keeps the case securely closed until the recipient opens it. The hinge is assembled using a short piece of 3D printer filament as the hinge pin, making assembly quick and simple without additional hardware.

The interior pocket fits a standard gift card. The example shown uses an Amazon gift card, but any standard card will fit.

Assembly

1. Install the Sliding Toggle

1. Place the toggle on a flat surface.
2. Ensure the slot on the bottom of the toggle is vertical, so it can accept the tab in the holder when it slides.
3. Place the card body on top, aligning the hole with the toggle.
4. Press down firmly until the toggle snaps into place.

2. Install the Hinge Pin

1. Align the hinge sections of the case.
2. Insert a short piece of 1.75 mm filament through the hinge.
3. Trim the filament flush with the hinge edges.

Your gift card holder is now ready to use.
