Extra Large Hollow Easter Egg

Make Easter extra special with this giant 3D printable Easter egg, featuring a large threaded design that unscrews to reveal a spacious hidden compartment for treats, gifts, and surprises.

Standing approximately 200 mm tall and 160 mm in diameter, the egg has plenty of room for chocolates, small toys, gift vouchers, or even other 3D prints. I originally designed it to hold a couple of BambuLab flexi cats, but the generous internal space makes it perfect for all kinds of Easter surprises.

The threaded halves screw together securely while remaining easy to open and close for repeated use year after year.

Printing Notes

The model is designed with 1.6 mm walls for a good balance of strength and filament efficiency.

Because of its large diameter, younger children may need a little help unscrewing the egg. Fortunately, that's all part of the fun!
