This is a fully parametric OpenSCAD engineering tool, not a basic 2D coaster extrusion. The algorithm dynamically calculates complex fluid-dynamic air gaps using advanced mathematics such as utilizing sqrt(3)/2 and modulo operators for staggered isometric honeycomb matrices, and calculating radial ray distribution using PI for sunburst topologies. Furthermore, it executes precise multi-level boolean operations (difference() and intersection() with micro-offsets for manifold geometry) and utilizes dynamic ternary operators for the Z-axis offset to ensure custom typography is debossed perfectly flat, guaranteeing structural stability for glassware.

This is a fast, support-free print that works on any machine.

• Material: PETG, ABS or ABS/ASA are recommended if you drink hot coffee. PLA works perfectly fine for cold drinks.
• Two-color text (No AMS required): Add a pause at the layer where the text engraving starts. Swap to a contrasting color (like black on white) so your custom name pops out beautifully from the recess.
• Infill: 15% to 20%.
• Top surface: Enable “Ironing” for the topmost surfaces to give the rim, pattern, and center block a sleek, injection-molded feel.
