Print Settings & Recommendations:

• Material: PLA or PETG. (Matte filaments work exceptionally well with this texture).
• Supports: No supports required. The model is designed to be printed easily without any support material.
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm recommended for a crisp look of the vertical ribs.
• Infill: 10 -15 % is sufficient.
• Tolerances: The insert is designed with a slight clearance for a smooth fit.
• Brim / Mouse Ears: I recommend using a brim or "mouse ears" for the grid insert to prevent warping or lifting from the heatbed during printing.

Assembly:

Simple and straightforward: just place the grid insert into the box. The lid is designed to sit neatly on the top rim.
