I finally got this plague mask finished and uploaded! If you’re a DM or a player, you might recognize the vibe—it’s heavily inspired by the Unbreakable Perception Mask (a magic item from the book Menagerie of Magic). I've been using it as a prop for my own stories, so I figured I’d share the files here.

Printing & Assembly

I designed this to be a pretty straightforward print, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

• Two-Piece Build: The model is split into two main parts to make printing easier and reduce the amount of support needed.
• The Beak: You will need to glue the nose/beak onto the main faceplate after printing. A standard superglue or plastic cement works fine.
• Scaling: It’s scaled for an average adult head if you want to wear it, but it also looks killer just hanging on a wall as decor.

Usage Ideas

• Cosplay/Wearing: The eyes are wide enough for decent visibility, though you might want to add some foam padding on the inside for a better fit.
• Wall Art: It has a great silhouette for a hobby room or a TTRPG setup.
• Painting: I highly recommend a weathered bronze or leather-look paint job (like in the cover photo) to really make the alchemical details pop.
