IKEA LACK Table Shelf Support

I designed this support piece to reinforce the lower shelf of the IKEA LACK living room table.

Over time the shelf can start to sag, especially if there is extra weight on it. This small support helps hold the shelf firmly in place and transfers the load to the table legs.

The support sits between the table leg and the shelf, making the structure much sturdier while still keeping the original look of the table.

For installation you will need two different screw sizes:

• Larger screws to attach the support to the table legs
• Smaller screws to attach it to the shelf itself
