A cute Easter bunny head ornament designed with the same philosophy as my Easter chick:
easy printing, no AMS required, minimal waste and clean details.

The model is split into multiple simple parts so it can be printed per object, avoiding unnecessary color changes and purge waste.

🔧 Design & printing concept

• Multipart model
• optimized for printing without AMS
• parts can be printed separately / per object
• no supports required
• a colored 3MF file is included for users who prefer AMS or multicolor printing

Classic multicolor printing would cause multiple filament changes on every layer, which I consider inefficient for this type of decoration.

👀 Eyes with white highlights (filament trick)

The white eye highlights are not printed.

They are made using a simple trick:

• cut a short piece of standard 1.75 mm white filament
• insert it into the prepared hole in the eye
• it holds by friction 

This creates a clean glossy highlight:

• no AMS
• no print pause
• no filament waste

🧩 Assembly

• parts are glued together (CA glue, gel CA, or similar)
• assembly is quick and beginner-friendly

🖨️ Printing recommendations

• material: PLA
• nozzle: 0.4 mm
• layer height: ~0.16–0.2 mm
• supports: not needed
• infill: optional

🧠 Why it’s designed this way

The goal was to:

• keep printing simple and efficient
• avoid unnecessary filament changes
• allow clean multicolor details without AMS
• make a decoration that looks good even with leftover or gradient filaments

If you have AMS, feel free to use it.

If you don’t, this model is designed so you don’t need it at all.
