If you are an owner of one of the more compact pen multimeters (such as the Aneng A3008, A3009, ET8906 and ET8908) or one of the many clones, then this print in place protective case may be what you are looking for. The case has 4 compartments to organise the components that are supplied with the Pro version.

There are two cases included in this model. 

1. Main case which has compartments for:
   1.  the meter (can be placed with the probe towards the top or the bottom of the case with the display facing upwards)
   2. probe lead
   3. alligator clip
   4. accessory box
2. Accessory box for:
   1. alternate probe tips
   2. AAA battery

Features

The case has a unique double hinge so that it opens flat onto a surface. The lid can be folded 360 degrees to reduce the opened footprint.

The lid fits snugly into the base and has small ridges on the outer corners to assist in opening. 

There is also provision for adding 4mmx2mm N50 magnets to the base and lid on the outer corners should you wish to secure the lid tighter.

If Using Magnets

The case has been designed for 4mm x 2mm round magnets (Maker's Supply part number B-CA001).

The ‘holes’ will take up to 2 stacked magnets. The magnets are a firm fit and will hold in place, but you may wish to add a small amount of CA/Super Glue.

I would suggest trying 1 magnet in each hole, as 2 provide a very strong hold. 

I use a bit of tape wrapped around the magnets with the following written on it to help fitting them the correct way. It doesn't matter which direction is north or south when doing this. Just need to orientate the lid magnets the same way, and the base magnets the opposite way.
