Taz (Tasmanian Devil) Fan Art Sculpt

I wanted to capture Taz in his classic, wild-eyed look. This is a custom sculpt I put together with 3D printing in mind—focusing on that iconic wide stance and expressive fur texture. It’s a fun, straightforward print for anyone who grew up watching Looney Tunes.

Recommended Print Settings (Bambu Lab A1 Optimized)

I've dialed this in to get the best possible detail from this sculpt. Here is exactly how I printed the one in the photos:

• Layer Height: 0.08mm Extra Fine for maximum detail on the fur and face.
• Walls & Shells: 2 Wall Loops with 9 Top Shell Layers to ensure a smooth, solid finish on the upper surfaces.
• Infill: 100% Sparse Infill Density (Rectilinear pattern) for a solid, high-quality feel.
• Bed Adhesion: I’ve included a thick brim in the file to keep him anchored during those fine 0.08mm layers.
• Supports: Tree Organic (Auto) enabled.
  • Threshold Angle: 30°.
  • Support/Object XY Distance: 0.6mm (makes them snap right off).
• Seams: Aligned with Smart Scarf Seam enabled to keep the outer surface as clean as possible.
