The test includes the following top surface configurations:

• Monotonic Line
• Archimedean Chords
• Monotonic
• Rectilinear
• Aligned Rectilinear
• Hilbert Curve
• Concentric
• Octagram Spiral
• Ironing Rectilinear (applied over a Monotonic Line top surface)
  
  If required, the model size can be increased.
• If a bottom surface test is desired, simply print the model upside down.
