🧠 Behind the Design (For Makers & Moderators) 

This is not a collection of basic 2D extrusions. This is a fully parametric OpenSCAD educational tool. Rather than using simple primitive cuts, the algorithm dynamically plots complex 2D polygonal vertices using array concatenation (concat()) and advanced trigonometry (sin and cos functions) to generate mathematically perfect fractional wedge profiles. Furthermore, it procedurally computes a perfectly toleranced base holding tray, executing dynamic rotational matrices for precise boolean magnet subtractions (difference()), ensuring a structurally robust and mathematically precise learning set.

🛠️ What can you customize?

• Divisions: Generate any fraction you need. From the standard 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 up to complex ones like 1/12 or 1/7.
• Dimensions: Scale the diameter to fit your hand or your 3D printer bed.
• Base Tray: The generator automatically creates a holding ring (tray) that fits your specific circle size perfectly.
• Label Style: The numbers are debossed (engraved). You can print them as simple holes or use the "Color Swap" method to make the text pop.

🖨️ Print Settings

• Material: PLA is recommended but PETG/ABS/ASA also works.
• Infill: 10% is sufficient.
• Walls: 2 walls.
• Top Surface: Enable Ironing for a smooth, professional finish that feels great to touch.
• Text Visibility:
  • Option A: Use a black permanent marker to color inside the debossed numbers (easiest).
  • Option B: Add a pause at the top layers to swap to a contrasting filament color.
