Mini Bambu Spool Knobs. I designed these for my Ikea Billy bookshelf but they can work on any cabinet or drawer.  Outside diameter is ~30mm and they protrude a smidge over 16mm. They should scale up easily, but I don't know about printing them much smaller.  STEP file provided for your remixing pleasure.  Highly reccomend using a 0.2mm nozzle, I didn't even try with a 0.4 so let me know if it works, but these have tiny tiny details.

These can be a challenging print so make sure your bed is cleaned and tolerances dialed in.  I like the slightly sparkly finish of the textured PEI plate but the engineering plate makes for a nice matte finish if that’s more your style.  I used Bambu Light Grey PLA Basic and Bambu Marine Blue PLA Matte but would love to see pics of other colors as you print them!

Printing Tips

• Use the print profile – I spent a lot of time dialing this in
• 0.2 Nozzle is required
• Clean Plate is a must
• NO Supports
• NO AMS needed

Assembly Tips

• Use glue on the center plugs
• Optional glue on color spool – I left it off so I could change colors later if desired, it doesn't spin once the screw is tight

• Works with the Ikea knob screws or any M3 self-tapping / coarse thread screws (no thread molded in, just 8 walls of solid plastic)
