Microphone Cable Protection Case with Jack Extension

This model is designed to solve a common problem: microphone cables breaking due to constant bending and stress near the connector.

The case securely holds a wired microphone on one side while providing a jack output on the opposite side, allowing the use of a standard audio jack cable to connect to a transmitter or recording device.

By removing stress from the original cable, this design significantly improves durability and makes the microphone easier to replace or connect using standard cables.

🔧 Required Hardware

• 3.5 mm stereo panel-mount jack connector
• 2 × brass threaded inserts M3 (5 mm length × 4.2 mm outer diameter)
• M3 screws (length depending on assembly)

⚠️ This file includes only the protective housing. Electronics, microphone, jack connector, and screws are not included.

Note: In the preview photos, electrical tape is temporarily used because longer screws were not available during assembly. The final design is intended to be fully secured using proper screws.
