Auto-Aligning MFT Dog Lock for Guide Rails (20mm dogs)

Lock in dead-accurate, repeatable 90° cuts on your MFT table. This two-part design secures your guide rail tightly against a standard 20mm bench dog.

Key Features:

• Wear-Proof Accuracy: The clamping mechanism uses the rail itself as the reference against the bench dog. Even if the plastic wears over time, as long as the clamping force keeps the rail pressed firmly against the bench dog, it ensures your rail stays perfectly square. This also makes pretty much any material out there useable (except TPU 😅)
• Tactile Snap-Fit: Designed with a distinct snap when seating against the dog, making it incredibly easy to verify it's fitted correctly.
• Fast Workflow: Built for batch work. You can easily lift the rail, slide your workpiece underneath, and drop the rail right back down into position without losing your reference.

Hardware Required:

• 4x M3 x 14mm screws
• 4x M3 threaded brass inserts (M3 x 5mm length x 4.5mm OD)
  
  Assembly Instructions
• Use a soldering iron to press the 4 heat-set brass inserts into the designated holes on the Rail Slider piece.
• Attach the Rail Slider to the Dog Lock with the M3 screws, and slide them into the slots on the rail. 
• Position the Dog Lock onto your bench dog, and snap it in place.
• Tighten down the M3 screws so that the pieces locks into place. Don't over tighten!
