This Flow Calibration Cuboid is a powerful tool designed to optimize the flow rate of your 3D printer efficiently. It simplifies the calibration process by compiling multiple data points in a single test cube, allowing for a more nuanced and precise tuning.

Upper Half (Single .4mm Wall):

• The upper half of the cube features a single wall with a thickness of .4mm. Use the average measurements from this section for single-wall flow rate calculations.

Lower Half (Three Solid Walls 1.2mm Each):

• The lower half comprises three solid walls, each expected to measure 1.2mm. Average the measurements from this section for multi-wall flow rate calculations.

Average Flow Rate:

• Compute the average flow rate from both the upper and lower section measurements. Use this average value as the input in your slicer for a more balanced and accurate print.

Personal Preference:

• It’s noted that a preference is given to the three-wall average, as it is found to be more representative of typical multi-wall print jobs.
