This 3D-printed cover is designed for vintage/standard European flush-mount junction boxes typically found in damp environments (basements, garages).

• Outer Diameter (OD): 84 mm (Matches the outer rim of the box)
• Inner/Core Diameter (ID): 80 mm (Designed to fit a ~79.5 mm internal opening)
• Thread Profile: * Pitch: 2.0 mm – 2.5 mm (Optimized for FDM printing)
  • Thread Depth: 1.2 mm
• Fitment: Designed with a 0.25 mm – 0.5 mm tolerance to account for material shrinkage and aged plastic threads.
• Material Recommendation: PETG (due to its moisture resistance and durability in damp environments). The shown sample was printed with Generic Elegoo PLA Black and holds up just fine.
• Print Settings: 3+ wall loops for thread strength, 0.2mm layer height.
