Updates: 

• Added and rearranged plates so that all plates will print from Bambu Handy without having to use Studio.
• Added an additional plate to the model for “Wide Handle Pliers”. It has an additional 6 mm of width between the fins and will accommodate plier handles up to 25.7 mm wide.

Modular Gridfinity Pliers Holders. I modeled these holders with a half-grid style base. Since most tool drawers don't come in even 42mm increments this allows you to use a base grid plate with a half-grid in any 21mm plus of extra space. Four grid squares are equal to one standard grid and fit perfectly into a standard base with the bonus of being able to adjust by half a grid either direction to set the holders just where you want them to maximize your drawer usage or plier sizes.

There are three plates of holders:

• Standard sized pliers
• Smaller sized pliers
• Wide handle pliers

There are several different holders (6 fin, 5 fin, 3 fin and 1 fin). I suggest using the Single fin on the right side as an "End Cap" to your row of holders. It will give you enough space to clear the drawer side and sneak in an extra set of pliers on the right. Each slot between the fins will accommodate plier handles up to 20.5mm wide. You can mix and match the holders to organize your pliers as you like.

The holders are laid over to the right at a 45 degree angle to allow you to use them in lower height drawers like those you normally find on a rolling tool cabinet top chest. Each divider fin has a generous cutout that allows easy removal and saves a little filament too.

These holders have brought true first order accessibility to my pliers drawer. No more shuffling pliers around to get to the pair I want on the bottom! As a bonus, it makes it really easy to see if you haven't returned any pliers to the drawer. (Not that that has ever happened to me...)

In addition I have included several plates of half-base Gridfinity Flat Fill Plates that you can use to fill any unused grids, which makes for a sharp looking drawer. The sizes range from .5 x 2 to 4 x5 grid units. After you get your pliers layout how you like, it is simple to add up the unused grid areas and find the appropriate sized flat plates to print and fill the spaces.

I printed mine in PLA Tough+ as my tool chests live in a climate controlled shop. But they print equally well in PETG, ABS, ASA or Nylons.

I also uploaded all the .step files incase you have the need to modify anything. Easier than having to mess around with mesh... ;-)
