This Medusa Wave Tray is a little myth turned into a functional art object. At the center is a calm, sculpted face—eyes closed, expression serene—surrounded by a ring of deep, rippling “snakes” that read like soft waves, folds, or living ribbons depending on how the light hits them. It’s dramatic without being loud: the kind of piece that feels like a museum souvenir from an imaginary exhibition. The tray is 3D printed in matte plastic, which makes the sculptural details look crisp and intentional. The wavy rim creates natural pockets for everyday small things—rings, earrings, keys, coins, hair clips—while the center portrait keeps it feeling like a statement object even when it’s empty. Place it on a vanity, entryway table, nightstand, or shelf and it instantly adds that “dark art decor” energy with a clean, modern finish.
--- I test all my models with default Bambu Lab slicer settings: 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill, tree supports. No complex tweaks needed. If a model requires special settings, I include a prepared 3MF file (rare).
