Wall Mount for Bows

This wall mount provides a clean and space-saving way to store bows securely.
The reinforced triangular structure ensures good load distribution while keeping the design lightweight and rigid.

The model is printed lying flat so the layer lines align with the main load direction, maximizing strength.

The mounting holes are teardrop-shaped to improve dimensional accuracy and allow clean printing without supports.

Recommended Materials

• PLA (not recommended*) - 0.4 mm
• ABS (recommended**) - 0.4 mm
• PETG (recommended**) - 0.4 mm
• PAHT-CF (recommended**) - 0.6 mm

*PLA is possible due to the relatively low weight, but it is not recommended because of lower long-term durability.

**ABS/PETG Best value for money but has not been testet.

***PAHT-CF can be used and provides the highest strength and stiffness. However it is likely overengineered.

Designed for:

• Universal / countersunk wood screws
• Thread diameter: 3.5 mm
• Screw length: 30 mm
• Head diameter: 7 mm

Use appropriate wall anchors depending on your wall type.

This model is a complete redesign inspired by a similar concept published on Thingiverse by ManuelSchmitt.
Several structural and design changes have been implemented.

Use at your own risk. Load capacity depends on print quality, material choice, and proper installation.
