This mount turns your favorite small torch into a powerful headlamp that can be angled exactly where you need it.

• Hands-Free Lighting: Perfect for mechanics, plumbers, or DIYers working in tight spaces. It provides steady illumination exactly where you look without the bulk of a traditional headlamp strap.
• Outdoor Utility: An essential for evening walks, camping, or emergency roadside repairs. The pivoting mount allows you to aim the beam at the ground or straight ahead for maximum distance.
• Versatile Sizing: The flexible nature of the mount is designed to grip standard small-diameter flashlights securely while allowing for quick removal when you need the light by hand.

🛠️ Hardware & Customization

I have provided the STEP file so you can easily modify the design to fit any light you already own.

• Specific Flashlight: Small LED Flashlight on Amazon (This is the specific light I used for this version).
• Adjust It Yourself: Download the STEP file included in the "Files" section to adjust the ring diameter to match your specific flashlight or torch.

⚠️ Required: Base Hat Clip

To use this attachment, you must first print the Base Hat Clip. It is the foundation of the system.

⚙️ Print Settings

• Filament: TPU 95A (Highly recommended). Using TPU for the attachment paired with the PETG Base Clip prevents wear and ensures the joint stays tight. TPU also provides a superior "rubberized" grip on the flashlight.
• Resolution: 0.2mm
• Infill: 30%
• Supports: No
