💎 Corner-Diamond Components
The Diamond corner creates a clean 90° inside corner with an elegant angled front edge. Ideal for L-shaped desk setups, entertainment centers, and corner workstations.
⚠️ PRINT ORIENTATION: Corner Diamond shelves must be printed VERTICALLY (standing on the back wall edge) for proper strength. The angled geometry requires this orientation.

🔩 Assembly Guide
Single Straight Shelf
- Mount the Straight Bracket to wall using appropriate anchors (countersunk screws)
- Slide the Shelf onto the bracket prongs
- (Optional) Snap Lips into edge grooves
Connected Shelf Run
- Mount brackets at each shelf position
- Place first EndLeft shelf on bracket
- Insert X-Spline connector into right channel
- Slide Middle shelf onto its bracket while engaging spline
- Repeat for additional middle sections
- End with EndRight shelf
L-Shaped Configuration
- Mount Corner V-Bracket in the corner
- Place Diamond/Pie/Triangle Corner Shelf on V-bracket
- Insert splines and connect straight shelf runs on each arm
Split-Printed Parts
- Print both halves
- Insert Split Inserts into one half's channels
- Press halves together — puzzle joints self-align
📏 Customization (OpenSCAD)
The included .scad file lets you generate custom configurations:
Key Parameters:
- shelf_width / shelf_depth / shelf_height — Main dimensions
- corner_style — "diamond", "pie", or "triangle"
- corner_angle — Adjust for non-90° corners (45°-135°)
- left_joint / right_joint — "x_spline" or "none"
- lip_front/left/right — Enable lip grooves per edge
- split_percent — Where to split for oversized prints
- tolerance — Adjust fit (default 0.4mm works for most printers)
💡 Tips
- Test fit first — Print a short spline segment and test channel fit before committing to full shelves
- Tolerance tuning — If joints are too tight, increase tolerance by 0.05mm increments
- Corner strength — The vertical print orientation for corners isn't optional — horizontal printing creates weak layer lines across load-bearing geometry
- Wall anchors — Use appropriate anchors for your wall type. Brackets have countersunk holes for #8 or M4 screws
