This parametric model lets you create pony beads tailored exactly to your project.
Adjust the bead size, hole diameter, and edge rounding to match paracord, elastic, or craft cord, and print a single bead or a full batch in one go.

Sizing Guide

• Standard pony bead: 9 mm diameter · 6 mm height · 4 mm hole
• Mini pony bead: 6 mm diameter · 4 mm height · 3 mm hole
• Chunky pony bead: 15 mm diameter · 10 mm height · 5 mm hole

Customizer Parameters

• Bead diameter – overall outer size
• Base height – bead thickness / length
• Edge rounding – smoothness of top and bottom edges
• Cord diameter + clearance – sizes the hole for your cord
• Batch mode – enable multi-bead grid printing

How to Customize

1. Click Customize

      

   Edit parameters in the Customizer panel

    

2. Click Generate

   

   Preview the model and adjust hole settings if needed

    

3. Click Download when satisfied

   

Printing Tips

• Prints upright (hole vertical) , no supports required
• Recommended 0.2 mm layer height for a smooth finish
• Use 3+ perimeters for strong, durable beads
• Looks great with multicolor, silk, or glitter filament
• For best hole accuracy, print a test bead and adjust hole clearance if needed
