This is a case for the PI1541 Zero with Rotary Encoder. I decided to design this case since apparently the only one I could find that would work was for sale on Cults3d and I wasn't willing to pay for for something I felt I could design better.
Due to the PI Zero needing to be overclocked to work properly, I decided to add some ventilation to the case in order to dissipate the heat.
This print requires no supports and no hardware. No modifications needed. Just insert the PI Zero, then the PI1541 Hat, then snap on the top cover. It's that easy. I printed this at .12 with a 4mm nozzle on my H2S.
For the knob I used glen's potentiometer knob which works perfectly. Here's a link to his model: [https://makerworld.com/en/models/1127762-potentiometer-knob-6mm-slotted#profileId-1127467](https://makerworld.com/en/models/1127762-potentiometer-knob-6mm-slotted#profileId-1127467)
I did modify his design slightly by adding knurling but otherwise it's the same.
