Hardware Required

To complete the assembly and ensure maximum mechanical durability, you will need:

6x Rivets (4mm diameter): These are used for the main hinges and pivot points. Using rivets instead of screws provides a permanent, smooth rotation and prevents the joints from loosening over time.

you can also use an M8 screw at least 75mm long, 22 of which are threaded, and a suitable nut instead of the screw inserted into the print for greater resistance.

Print Settings Printer: 

Optimized for Bambu Lab A1 Mini (or larger).

Filament: PLA, PETG (PLA is recommended for maximum structural rigidity).

Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid is recommended).

Wall Rings: 5 or 6 for added strength around the rivet holes.

Supports: Minimal (tree supports are recommended for overhangs).

Assembly Instructions Preparation: After printing, ensure the 4mm holes are clean. You can gently drill them with a 4mm drill bit for a perfect fit.

Riveting: Align the main panels and the rear support arm. Insert the 6 rivets into the hinge points and secure them.

Adjustable Arm: Install the rear adjustment screw to control the tilt.

Finishing Touches: Slide the extendable feet into the base. Felt pads or rubber feet can be added to the recessed circular areas on the back to provide a firmer grip on the table.
